As an executive and human resources professional, my mission is to lead and manage our most valuable asset, our people portfolio, so effectively that the maximum potential is realized for our employees and for our organization. I spend my time and efforts aligning initiatives that include strategic workforce management, organizational development, talent acquisition, executive coaching, compensation and performance management with our organizational strategies and goals, all in pursuit of this mission so in the end we deliver those bottom line results while at the same time creating a working environment our employees love to be a part of and thrive in.I\'ve got a versatile management and leadership skill set developed through experience in the Finance, Technology and Manufacturing/Engineering industries as a Human Resources Leader and as a Project and Program Manager. I am a business person that happens to operate and thrive in the area of Human Resources, and I wouldn\'t be as successful as I am if I didn\'t have a passion for understanding the business that our people portfolio supports. When you have a true passion for the business and for the people, something fantastic is almost always the end result. We are building something special at our organization, and it keeps getting better.
