For the past 20 years, I\'ve been deeply immersed in the world of special education, initially as a Speech Language Pathologist and now in a leadership role I truly love. My greatest passion lies in cultivating thriving teams of dedicated therapists. Currently, I manage 75 individual contributors consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Adapted PE specialists, Assistive Technology experts, and Music Therapists. I\'m energized by managing people, fostering their professional growth, and creating an environment where they can do their best work.Having also spent a decade in entrepreneurship and the corporate sector, I bring a unique perspective to navigating the complexities of special education, including regulatory laws, navigating corrective action plans, understanding and applying CFR/IDEA, and the Texas Education Agency\'s Legal Framework.
