About Jennifer Nye
I am a leader in non-profit healthcare with over 15 years of experience in social services and committed to serving our communities in primary care, mental health, and substance use treatment. I am passionate about fighting stigma associated with mental illness and substance use and know that recovery is possible for all. As Chief Integration Officer, I am responsible for clinical and administrative operations for each of Terros Health\'s outpatient health centers and counseling centers, mobile crisis services, residential treatment, children\'s services, and specialty services including permanent supported housing and adult therapeutic day treatment. I am driven most by seeing our patients succeed in their goals - the favorite part of my day is hearing about a success story that was made possible by the dedication of our amazing workforce. As a leader, I seek to empower my teams to make the best decisions that will meet our patient\'s needs and our company\'s mission. I seek to learn and develop my own skills and look for opportunities to improve a tiny bit each day.As a mom, I hope to instill my sense of compassion for humans in my girls. I hope to teach them kindness and love.and that they are capable of anything they put the work into achieving.
