Maintain Wafer Probe Stations, Setup work stations for camera sensor Characterization, Work with product engineers in testing of image sensors design validation.Responsible for getting Calibration done for different Engineering Labs, Repair Equipment when it goes down, Ordering of Equipment when needed for different labs. Setting up ESD sensor modules on lab benches and testing them on regular basis. I helped prepare and designed lab for move of relocation of our facility.As an R&D Engineering Support Technician, I have an extensive knowledge of building prototype, breadboard, bringing up, testing and debugging to the component level of complex digital/analog circuits. Familiar with Document Control and schematics, Maintenance/repair of lab equipment, physical inventory tracking, lab policies and procurement of lab supplies, assist in various lab management duties installation of systems/assemblies, modified cables and power supplies and rework of prototypes, including fine pitch SMT components and BGA reworks such as install/remove sensors re-ball also, bond wires from the models, and such as CSP, iLCC, PBGA parts. Coordinate the HW to International/Domestic Vendors. Also oversee.
