ABOUT JENNIFER NELSON

Over the past year, I’ve focused on recruiting top accounting and finance professionals within the Canadian real estate sector. What truly excites me is the ability to make a meaningful impact on both companies and individuals by matching the right people with the right opportunities. My specific focus is recruitment within Accounting and Finance for all types of real estate companies, including landlords, developers, investors, REITs, third-party managers, service providers, tenants, and private family businesses. I’ve had recent success partnering with developers, property owners, and third-party managers, helping them find exceptional talent that drives their businesses forward. Within the Accounting and Finance space, we hire for roles including but not limited to CFOs, VPs of Finance, Finance Directors, Controllers, Finance Managers, FP & A specialists, Analysts, Property Accountants, Senior Accountants, AP/AR/Accounting Assistants, Corporate Accountants, and Development/Project Accountants. Relationships are at the core of what I do. I believe in taking the time to truly understand the needs of my clients and the aspirations of my candidates. By digging deep into these connections, I ensure that every match is a strategic fit, benefiting both parties.
