Jennifer joined Ogletree Deakins’ Portland, Oregon office in 2013. Before she decided to focus her practice exclusively on workplace investigations, Jennifer spent 20 years litigating employment cases in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, including numerous wage and hour class actions and single-plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Jennifer now exclusively leads internal investigations of critical and often sensitive and high-profile issues for firm clients. These include investigations of complex claims of systemic discrimination and retaliation, systemic inequity, executive misconduct, and sexual assault. Jennifer approaches every investigation with a deep understanding (borne of her extensive litigation experience) of the critical importance that it be done right the first time, with a diligent eye toward getting to the truth of the matter and an equitable resolution for all parties involved.
