About Jennifer Mui
Data professional with a wide breadth of experience working across product, marketing, and operations.Currently, I\'m building analytics for the OpenAI marketing org from the ground up. We\'re focused on getting data-driven and measurement focused. Before that, I was Data & AI Lead at Newfront. My team was focused on building analytics and AI tools in the insurance space. We built some pretty cool stuff from an AI chatbot that answer questions about company benefits to AI policy analysis to (most recently) agentic workflows. I also spent time a good chunk of my career at Meta, working on the Decision Science team for Instagram and analyzing Facebook newsfeed algorithm impact on partners. Outside of work, you might catch me looking for a good iced chai or hanging off plastic rocks at the local climbing gym.
