With 20 years’ success leading innovation and technological advancement in the FMCG industry, I blend deep technical R&D expertise with a resolutely consumer-first and commercial approach to drive commercial goals. In a world where disruption is the only constant, I’ve shown my ability to future-proof innovation strategy through the development of technology platforms and new models that deliver scalable, profitable solutions to fuel sales growth. A bold thinker with an ability to balance both the strategic and operational aspects of business and value proposition development, diversification and evolution – I’m known for being able to stay focused on the bigger picture in order to drive the step changes needed to maintain and elevate competitive advantage. I’m confident working with business leaders and Boards on a local and global scale. Having held numerous global leadership roles and board-level experience, I combine strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills with a strength in leading globally dispersed teams across diverse working cultures. In fact, people leadership has been a central part of my career to date. I’m passionate about nurturing talent and building capability in teams. Selected to lead and/or support a number of people and culture programs including organisational redesigns and the development of new vision statements and organisational purpose, I’m also an active mentor, speaker and advocate with a particular involvement in supporting emerging female leaders.
