As a non-profit leader and philanthropy director, I have over 20 years in developing relationships and connections to make dreams happen and meet organizational goals. I find true happiness in making connections that provide joy for donors or scholarship recipients or community partners - you name it! Connecting an organization\'s mission with a person\'s individual passion is beyond words. Bottom line - that is what it is all about.My background in higher education fund development, alumni relations, scholarship programs, communications and publications, and social justice advocacy in all that I do demonstrates my personal mission and vision. Creating opportunities, sharing stories of success as well as those that need support, working for the greater good of people, the environment, the elimination of systemic racism and targeting of those whom some deem outside of the \"mainstream \"- that is what motivates me and impacts me on a daily basis.
