About Jennifer Morales

Nationally certified in the following HR functions: performance management, staff development, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and recruiting. My true passion lies in coaching, employee development, and team building. I work to reinforce and stitch together the culture and shared values across the organization and align the business\'s goals with employee strengths and career goals. As a solutions-oriented change leader, I work with other senior leadership team members to assess challenges, identify needs, solutions, and possible outcomes, and use a collaborative approach to achieve success.
