   I work as a liaison between the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties (MHRSB); Working Partners®; and eni to serve companies who are enrolled in eni’s NexGen PLUS program. This position was created to launch the Working Partners® EAP/Business Navigator System, which was designed to provide assistance to employers with second chance policies and operations to ensure quick and efficient return-to-duty procedures, effective and timely communication and follow up; make it easier for small companies to afford the same level of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services as are obtained by larger organizations; maximize employees’ use of services by providing proactive support; help retain quality employees who test positive on a drug test to reduce unemployment in northwest Ohio; and promote EAP services and raise awareness of available resources to prevent and respond to substance misuse, as well as promote holistic total wellbeing.
