I love my position as Office manager at Zieba Builders because my days are filled with many different types of tasks. I handle all of their accounting work, job costing (Cost to Completes and Work In Progress reports) and tracking, marketing, human resources, meeting preparation, training, scheduling employees and some subcontractors, and sales in the beginning phase of the process to include tracking leads until they are a signed client. I also order some materials for job site projects as well as office supplies. I utilize Co-Construct for estimating, creating specs and selections, invoicing, and creating changes orders which then syncs with Quickbooks. I manage warranty issues and help with project management. I handle all insurance for the company. I assist everyone I work with and help with whatever needs to be done.
