   Manage and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects of mid to high complexity from inception to close out for our client. Projects range from smaller headcount of ~100 team shuffles within the team’s allocated space to larger multi-phased campus restacks with headcount over 2500- Successfully managed and executed on two-week move projects for the client’s return-to-office strategy in November and December 2024. Impacting over employees across the Portland, San Francisco, and Sunnyvale markets. Assist the Move Program team with new program initiatives, updating processes and resources, and move program training- Lead bi-weekly and monthly client stakeholder meetings, reviewing inflight and upcoming projects, potential escalations, and new business- Partner cross functionally with Space Program Managers and Business Partners, Strategic Occupancy Planning, and other vendor partners to plan and coordinate upcoming and inflight projects. Specifically collaborating with the Occupancy - Planning team to create project phasing plans and work back schedules for large building and campus restack initiatives.
