ABOUT JENNIFER MEINTS
My name is Jennifer Meints and I have enjoyed the past 20 years in an advocating role. My journey started when my daughter, Grace was born with a rare medical condition called PHACE Syndrome. I knew very little when Grace was born on advocating and the relationships I would create through our adventures.In 2010 I was honored to be chosen for a pilot position through PTI Nebraska at Complete Children\'s Health, as a Parent Resource Coordinator I was given the opportunity to be the voice for many families throughout their journey. In 2020 I joined an amazing team of professionals at Hands of Heartland, Inc. In my roll at Hands of Heartland I am blessed to be part of a team that wants to help make are community better for those of all abilities.In 2012 a conversation was started at a PHACE Family Conference about creating a \"community\" for parents and individuals that were affected by PHACE, in 2013 our dream come true when we were granted our 501(c)(3) status.I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have 3 amazing children, Emilee, Grace and Jack.
