ABOUT JENNIFER MCHENRY
Expertise in operational efficiency, learning and development and people strategy. I have been part of the initial set up, management and successful execution of multiple large engagements in all of my employments past and present.My current role sits within the HR space, largely focusing on end to end HR support, whilst also contributing to the implementation of widescale strategic people initiatives.Overall, I am extremely proud of the value I have added in my various roles in my career. For example, being part of a strategic team establishing Continuous Improvement infrastructure, trained multiple hubs worldwide in compliance and KYC materials and successfully led many teams for a number of years in large engagements.Additionally, I have experience in operational analysis and report generation, using these to identify trends and performance issues allowing myself to identify solutions. I have the ability to performance manage across all areas of business KPI\'s and a proven track record in delivery. Qualifications of note:> ICA certificate in Anti-Money Laundering in which I achieved a pass with merit.> CIPD Business Partner Accreditation
