Lead a cross-functional marketing and brand team, driving the development of innovative marketing strategies, blended with compelling creative executions across 9 different brands within the Know Company Inc. portfolio. Responsible for strategizing, planning, and leading all promotional and communications activity including brand strategies, all creative and advertising, websites, social media content, newsletters, and company templates. Oversee creative direction for all brand assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand vision, goals, and guidelines. Lead brand strategy and ideation sessions for content, including messaging, persona, and tone of voice for new brand projects, and external communication.Manage creative projects from end-to-end, facilitate creative briefs, team resourcing, and task management using Asana and Slack to streamline workflows, develop workback schedules, and facilitate the feedback and approval process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Provide expertise and consult on marketing strategy and plans; facilitate reporting for websites and social media using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and other social platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn etc.) to report on website and social media performance. Conduct business, consumer, and competitive research and reporting to inform brand and marketing strategy.Report directly to the COO, and work collaboratively with Business Unit Presidents and Senior Leadership.
