C4C is a community network of independent coaches, consultants, and transformational change experts co-founded in 2018 by Ian Ziskin and Lacey Leone McLaughlin. We have over 50 members who represent diverse experiences, geographies, industries, leadership lenses, and areas of functional expertise. We partner with clients on coaching engagements, leadership development programs, talent solutions consulting projects, business and culture transformations, innovation and strategy alignment efforts, and much more.In 2022, Ian Ziskin and some C4C members co-authored and released \"The Secret Sauce for Leading Transformational Change\"- a book that is highly relevant to today’s challenges around accelerated change. It rigorously documents researched and real-world examples of transformation at many levels: individual, group, and organizational with implications for societal change. Its brief yet powerful essays and interviews are easily readable, very relatable, and deeply insightful. Both individually and collectively, they provide inspiration and sound approaches for anyone looking to effect transformational change in their world. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to create positive transformation in their work or world.
