ABOUT JENNIFER MARTIN
Since graduating from WVU in 2010, I have held various roles throughout GE Aviation. I was on the OMLP program for 2 years, with roles ranging from manufacturing supervisor to quality to fulfillment. I rolled off program as a HPWT coach for 3 years. After being a coach/ supervisor, I held the role as a supplier quality engineer in which I was responsible for the quality improvement performance of over 130 suppliers for our GE Aerospace facility here in Terre Haute. I had that role for about 7 years and then took a short stint in sourcing as a Supplier Fulfillment leader for GE Aerospace, in which I was responsible for delivery of 5 suppliers and all of their hardware to GE. I came back to the Terre Haute site back in 2022 and am responsible for the substantiation approvals of our significant processes, along with other responsibilities when it comes to Quality systems.
