Evaluate, identify and solve hiring challenges, in order to ensure the Company is fully staffed with qualified candidates.\\\\n• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, schools, and organizations to promote Yardmaster’s as a career destination and create and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs\\\\n• Manage marketing efforts to align with Company goals and promote brand awareness\\\\n• Develop and manage all social media content to align with the Company’s vision.\\\\n• Manage the “employee experience”: initial recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement.\\\\n• Standardize HR processes across branches and ensure consistency with HR functions as well as sharing best practices.\\\\n• Create and maintain Company policy and procedures to ensure legal compliance\\\\n• Manage the H2B and Remote hire programs\\\\n• Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.\\\\n• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics to assist with strategic planning and company growth expectations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
