I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined EquipmentShare as a Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist at their Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO!This temporary role is a great fit for my detail-oriented mindset and collaborative approach. I’ll be supporting the Finance team by ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, maintaining financial integrity, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. What I’ll Be Doing- Accurately entering, coding, and balancing AP transactions in line with GAAP and company policies- Collaborating with the AP team on projects and continuous improvement- Preparing monthly reports using Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP)- Supporting Financial Administrators and responding to internal inquiries- Resolving vendor issues and maintaining strong vendor relationships- Processing ACH, check, and wire payments with precision and timeliness.Excited to bring energy, accuracy, and advocacy to a team that’s building the future of construction.
