   Manage a 10 person team with the focus on open systems software licensing and compliance efforts for the organization, involving over servers, physical workstations and virtual workstations. Subject Matter Expert for IBM, configuring within Flexnet Manager Suite and providing subject matter guidance to the organization; Managerial overview of Microsoft, Oracle, Redhat, VMWare, Citrix, Adobe, Symantec/Veritas and many smaller publishers throughout the organization. Develop guidelines, procedures and drive process for software asset management. Manage and coordinate internal and external software audits. Work with management and technical teams throughout the organization to ensure software compliance. Assist Global Procurement with vendor negotiations by providing data to support corporate consumption of the products. Managed the Microsoft relationship for the overall organization of workstations and internal Wintel servers; including SPLA servers. Have gone through 5 new Enterprise Agreement and renewal negotiations, involving planning, financial analysis and negotiations, in addition to administering and maintaining the licensing position. Subject matter expert for IBM licensing, participating in 3 contract renewals. Corporate contact for Passport Advantage and PatnerWorld. Implemented Flexera\'s Flexnet Management Suite to the global server organization, completing Microsoft in 2018 and IBM in 2020. Began rollout to workstation environment in 2020, implementing common processes and procedures for end user software.
