As a graduate from Michigan State University with a Masters in Human Resources & Labor Relations, I am passionate about helping organizations cultivate their most valuable asset - their people. With experience in Lear Corporation\'s Human Resources Development Program, I have rotated through various roles within the automotive/manufacturing industry and bring a unique perspective to the field. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist in Corporate Recruiting, I am committed to identifying and attracting top talent to help our organization thrive. My expertise in HR processes, talent acquisition strategies, and employment law allows me to effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
