At Even Keel Counseling, I help adults 18+ facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, problematic substance or alcohol use, people pleasing tendencies, and relationship challenges. I take a harm reduction approach and support alternative recovery programs that suit the needs and goals of my clients. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their stories, strengths, and solutions. I integrate EMDR into my practice with aspects of CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative, Psychodynamic and Attachment Theory to help resolve attachment wounds from childhood, exposure to secondary trauma or chronic stressors, and acute traumatic incidents.
