I’m a Principal Field Education Specialist passionate about helping healthcare professionals and new team members succeed. At Medtronic ENT, I work closely with the salesforce, clinical teams, and accounts to onboard and train new hires, optimize proficiency, and ensure they can deliver exceptional support to surgeons and patients. My mission is to set new team members up for success while enhancing patient outcomes through effective education and hands-on training.With a clinical background as a Speech-Language Pathologist at a Level 1 trauma center, I bring experience managing complex patients and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
