Oversee all United Way activities in Southern Crescent counties, including community engagement, resource development, community relations (communications and volunteerism) and all stakeholder relationships consistent with the goals and objectives of United Way of Greater Atlanta.• Identify and engage community stakeholders, advisory board members, donors, volunteers, and partner and non-partner organizations to drive sustainable change and improve the well-being of children and families.• Oversee a portfolio of 500+ accounts, raising more than $3 million thereby achieving annual fundraising goal while assuring that United Way is the philanthropic partner of choice for child well-being.• Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, monitoring, execution of annual company engagement events and campaign initiative events.• Develop marketing and county engagement plans for each county to build awareness among cross-sector leaders and donors to provide year-round awareness within local counties.• Recruit, train, and engage more than 200 community volunteers to serve on advisory and campaign boards, board committees, and participate in local grant investment process.• Board Chair of Clayton County Emergency Food and Shelter Program. Oversee annual county distribution of funds as stipulated by federal government.
