I am a junior at National Louis University in Chicago, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in Communications. My background as an Asian American has shaped my appreciation for diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, which are values I hope to carry into my future career.I aspire to work at the intersection of Human Resources and the insurance industry, helping organizations create workspaces where diverse voices are empowered, supported, and valued. My goal is to leverage my perspective and skills to design programs that foster growth, engagement, and opportunities for all employees.Currently, I work as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, where I’ve developed a keen eye for detail, communication, and compliance. In my role, I train and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand procedures and feel supported. This experience has deepened my interest in employee development, training, and workplace culture.I\'m excited to grow into a role where I can champion inclusion, support organizational success, and inspire others to reach their potential. Outside of work, I enjoy weightlifting and reading, activities that keep me grounded, curious and focused on continuous growth.
