ABOUT JENNIFER LLOYD
Innovative in design, empathetic approach, and energetic in implementation, I am a results-focused strategic leader with a rich educational administration and pedagogical development background. My doctoral research—Cultivating Teacher Efficacy, School Culture, and Collective Teacher Efficacy in Competency-based Models: A Critical Constructivist Grounded Theory Study—has further deepened my understanding and expertise in fostering educational environments that thrive on collaboration and efficacy. With experience in developing administrative staff and coaching teachers to build effective systems, I excel in managing schools and facilitating student education. My skills extend to creating student-centered, standards-based academic programs and promoting interdisciplinary project-based learning experiences. I have successfully directed K-12 curriculum design and development, managed summer boarding programs, led academic enrichment centers, and operated a medium-sized English language school with day and boarding students. My pre-education career in software and web development consulting, where I managed large-scale projects, conducted client needs assessments, and developed technical and user documentation/training, has provided a strong foundation for my innovative and strategic approach in education.
