Key accomplishments include:• Integrated 30 technology, anesthesia and emergency room acquisitions and divested one emergency room globally• Migrated 19 entities onto the parent company\'s Salesforce and NetSuite applications• Created and utilized a change management methodology for integrating acquired companies into the parent• Led the opening of twenty-two emergency and surgical hospitals in the United States, each project valued at $17 million+• Created four PMOs to facilitate meeting corporate growth objectives and/or to ensure successfully launches corporate initiatives • Led global introduction of two cellular base stations that were projected to save Nokia Siemens Networks $26 million annually• Shipped 93% of hardware for 4G Cellular Network (LTE) trials on time and launched 55 new products into production for Motorola• Led global change initiatives such as introduction of employment branding and a new contracting process at Motorola
