My professional background has allowed me to build skills in nearly every aspect of starting and running a business, a school or a network of schools. This makes me a true generalist, which I wear as a badge of honor. It allows me to see to see the big picture as well to have the context to see the smallest details. It allows me to deeply engage in strategic thinking, while simultaneously seeing the cascading implications of any strategic decision. I thrive on making things happen and getting things done. I am motivated to successfully navigate through complexity or incomplete information to arrive at a solution. I believe relationships are paramount. Keeping them in pole position allows me to build authentic, trusting relationships, the organizational benefits of which are too many to name.
