I specialize in corporate and pass-through taxation for privately held and private equity owned businesses in various industries, such as industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, technology, and transportation. I enjoy working closely with my clients on strategic tax planning, acquisition consulting, tax compliance, and tax provision reporting. I also mentor and coach my staff and managers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
