As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Health Catalyst, I leverage my experience, knowledge, and skills to help our team deliver data-driven solutions and insights. I enjoy applying my strengths in project management, program management, and process improvement/re-engineering to support our Operations, Tech-Enabled Managed Services (TEMS) and Merger & Acquisition business units. By leading cross-functional teams of leaders and stakeholders, I oversee the integration and assimilation of employees, teams, and functions. I also manage high-profile projects and initiatives which have led to improved executive reporting, streamlined vendor management, higher team member satisfaction ratings, increased CRM adoption, enforced data governance, and streamlined software release management. Growing up in Burlington, NC, home to one of the largest reference laboratories in the world, I was drawn into the healthcare field early in my career. My professional journey allowed me to work in a variety of other healthcare-related areas: care/disease management, population health, health information exchange and data analytics. Along the way, I have been fortunate to partner with diverse and talented colleagues and mentors, where patient engagement, support and wellbeing remained the core focus of our work together.
