Whether it\'s covering for an IT leader\'s temporary leave, project management, technology implementation, or driving organizational transformation, I\'m eager to help out.For over 10 years, I had the privilege of serving as the Leader of the Technology and Information Management Services at the Murdock Trust. It was an incredible journey, where I had the opportunity to embody the innovative mindset, strategic thinking, and caring leadership that Jack Murdock himself instilled in all of us. Together with an amazing team, we strived to serve the common good of the Pacific Northwest.During my 23-year tenure at the Murdock Trust, I took on various progressive leadership roles and continually expanded my horizons. Starting as an accounting manager, I eagerly embraced new challenges and transitioned into investment and finance management. Alongside my full-time commitment, I pursued and completed an undergraduate business degree, showcasing my dedication to personal and professional growth.As technology became an integral part of the Trust\'s operations, I stepped up to the plate and led the charge in adapting to the modern landscape. Over the years, I developed and managed our technology and communications program, ultimately serving as the Director of Technology and Information Management Systems for 5 years.One of my proudest accomplishments was ensuring seamless operations during the pandemic, enabling the Trust to maintain full capacity and continue supporting our grantees and their constituents without disruption. I spearheaded the digitization of over 40 years of records and led the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, including audio/visual systems for our team and grantees in our new office space.Beyond my professional achievements, I believe in building strong connections and fostering a positive work environment. Colleagues describe me as someone who brings integrity, thoughtfulness, and a learning spirit to every interaction.I look forward to engaging with like-minded professionals and organizations and exploring opportunities to make a positive impact.
