With over 15 years of experience in business development and revenue generation, I’ve dedicated my career to driving sustainable growth and building high-impact partnerships across the nonprofit and private sectors. Currently, as Vice President of Business Development at Athena Global Advisors, I lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence, cultivate transformative client relationships, and position Athena as the go-to partner for marketing consulting.Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my ability to build trusted relationships, secure major funding, and deliver measurable results. At Athena, I’m proud to contribute to a women-led, values-driven organization recognized as a Top Workplace - where we bridge innovative strategy with flawless execution, delivering insights, marketing strategies, and brand activations that elevate our clients’ performance and reputation.Previously, as Chief Development Officer at United Way, I secured $18M in funding annually, led a dynamic team of fundraising professionals, and implemented multifaceted strategies to deepen stakeholder engagement. As the founding Managing Director of Social Venture Partners Philadelphia, I launched and grew the chapter, building its brand, establishing a donor network, and creating a high-impact model for collective giving. Through these efforts, I raised over $2M and mobilized hundreds of volunteer hours to strengthen local nonprofits.I thrive on connecting people and ideas, driving revenue growth, and helping organizations exceed ambitious goals.
