Prepare wage proposals for internal candidates and new hires by reviewing job history, experience, market data and internal equity to ensure fair and market competitive offers. • Complete market surveys such as Mercer and upload data into Payfactor to obtain the most up to date benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation. Matched and benchmarked 90% of organization job profiles in Payfactor updating as needed. • Assist staff and managers with compensation related questions, job description reviews/updates, Position Control Team (PCT) requests and more through email, meetings, and Workday all while maintaining confidentiality. • EIB creation for One-time payments, Payroll Input, Athletic Club reimbursement and retro pay calculation ensuring accuracy. Calculate recognition pay for interim duties, enter payments into Workday and track to ensure payment either continues or stops as necessary. Bi-weekly review and approval of compensation change report, retro report, bonus report and bonus only report to ensure accuracy and update Workday as needed. Enter all Provider sign-on bonuses and update other sign-on and retention bonuses to reflect start date changes or termination. • Create new offers for candidates who previously declined an offer with Bronson based on wage when position starting wages were increased resulting in additional hires. • Collaborate with leaders to review current positions for proper pay grade placement based on market data. Provided recommendations and cost analysis. • Work with leaders in the creation of new positions from job description creation, benchmark pricing, range placement and cost analysis. Once approved create new job profile in Workday and completed data changes for employees. • SOP creation and assist with creating a compensation procedure manual.
