ABOUT JENNIFER LADA

am an attorney at Holland & Knight\'s New York office, where I provide strategic legal counsel for both international and domestic clients with a focus on antitrust, employment issues, shareholder disputes, business torts, and class action matters.I advise clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including the development and enforcement of restrictive covenants and trade secret protections, workplace policies, and best practices for preventing discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. In antitrust, I counsel businesses on competition issues and compliance with antitrust laws. In addition, I have significant experience representing clients in the healthcare and life sciences, financial services and technology industries in regard to litigation, risk management, and investigations.I am fluent in French and have substantial experience advising French, Canadian, and European companies and individuals in disputes across the United States.In addition to my legal practice, I maintain an active pro bono practice. I frequently provide pro bono assistance to clients seeking asylum and clients seeking the return of children under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.Admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
