Oxbow’s primary businesses are the mining and marketing of energy and commodities such as coal, natural gas, petroleum, metallurgical and calcined coke. In my role as Director of Talent Acquisition, I\'m responsible for developing strategies that differentiate Oxbow within the energy industry; with a focus on recruiting excellence, candidate experience, employer brand, recruiting metrics, and execution. In addition to managing the recruiting function, this role is responsible for developing and executing a performance and talent management strategy globally.
