About Jennifer Janowski

My passions are healthcare and my family. I strive to surround myself with diverse and smart people that I can learn from and continue my journey. At work, I relish being part of a team of brilliant people, solving tough problems and learning a few things along the way. One thing I learned a long time ago is the importance of being able to read my audience and adjust my message or approach - knowing when to go technical vs. clinical vs. financial focused can keep or lose an audience quickly. As the Marketing Senior Director in our AVS Digital business, I am focused on improving lives of clinicians, making their workflows and load lighter. My passion for healthcare is not only academic. I love to run and do crazy races with friends. Or as Ragnar\'s logo says #findyourinnerwild. In my free time, I am a disability rights and Down syndrome advocate. This was not a goal I set for myself, rather seizing an opportunity in front of me. I want to make the world a better place for my family.
