   Sr. I have been very successful in my role as a PNC Branch Manager. I have 20 years of experience in the financial services industry that allows me to bring top notch skills to my work here at PNC. As a Branch Manager, I wear many hats including managing a team of a combination of service and sales employees. I am also responsible for developing relationships with centers of influence and small business owners. I have been successfully bringing in business to PNC for many years. I have also exceeded expectations in my current role as a branch manager by working to maximize employee potential through coaching and accountability. As a branch manager I have developed knowledge of the responsibilities, issues, regulations, business practices, sales practices, and operations of retail banking branches. Noteworthy skills used in this position: accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, consulting, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, change management, problem solving, and meeting productivity goals.
