Provide oversight for the Benefits/Wellness, Payroll, and HRIS functions. Serve as a fiduciary and chair for the Rockline Retirement Savings Plan committee to manage the program. Ensure key benefit and payroll initiatives are implemented that support the organization\'s focus on attracting, retaining, and developing associates by strategic planning for new projects and updating existing benefit and payroll plans.
