ABOUT JENNIFER KROLIKOWSKI

I am a passionate and skilled procurement professional who is focused on data-based results, relationship management, and strategic thinking for long and short term goals. I am currently the North America Tertiary Assistant Manager at the Estée Lauder Companies. I drive various cost savings projects, negotiations, key performance indexes, and collaboration through my position while maintaining supplier relationships through value based targets. Previous to my role as North America Tertiary Assistant Manager, I was the analyst supporting the Secondary & Tertiary Packaging team within procurement. I analyzed data, created various reports to best showcase key KPI’s, and utilized data in order to make impactful decisions to support the entire team.For the summer of 2020, I was working as a Direct Procurement Intern at Estee Lauder Companies within Global Packaging. I worked on projects that utilize data analytics and supplier relations management while leveraging costs and cash to drive continuity.In the summer of 2019, I was a Procurement intern at PECO, an Exelon company, in Philadelphia, PA. Through this role, I have created procurement orders, ran and created codes for a variety of incoming projects, sat in on purchase meetings, met with sellers and buyers through conferences and was exposed to a plethora of career development tools to help me in the future.I graduated from Pennsylvania State University studying Supply Chain and Information Systems with a minor in Media Studies in 2021. I was involved with many activities including Fashion Society of Penn State, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Project Haiti and volunteering through THON.
