For children, I integrate play therapy, as it allows them to express their feelings and experiences in a safe, creative manner. Additionally, by incorporating CBT and EFT, I aim to help clients develop effective coping skills, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and foster personal growth. My approach is designed to empower individuals of all ages to navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.
