In her new role as one of the founding partners of Kilinski | Van Wyk PLLC, Jennifer continues to counsel developers and landowners on the establishment of special taxing districts to meet their company financing, development, operation and maintenance needs. Once established, Jennifer serves as general counsel to special districts, including community development districts, improvement districts, stewardship districts and other financing vehicles, on a variety of matters including infrastructure financing, construction issues, public procurement, real property transactions, ethics and public records, land development and local government law. She also represented industry organizations in legislative matters affecting special districts. She also provides direct construction law related services to developers, landowners and other related industries, including contract preparation and negotiation and construction disputes. Jennifer is also well versed in various licensing related matters through Department of Business and Professional Regulation and other construction licensing industry boards.
