Key Highlights: • Manage a 2M revenue book which consists of 11 large accounts. • Manage design and implementation of insurance programs for construction and traditional agricultural accounts with revenue values over $1B. • Responsible for designing, marketing and strategizing insurance programs for new customers. • In depth understanding of single parent captives, group captives, and large deductible programs. • Retains existing clients and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage • Coach Account Manager\'s and Account Executives by providing teaching, giving feedback and strong talent development.
