   As a GLG Network Member, I bring 20 years\' of experience in senior leadership in the independent surgical instrument (medical device maintenance / endoscopic equipment) repair industry. I help clients understand this unique and complex space including equipment and repair trends, hiring and training, process standaridization, competitive dynamics between independent service providers and OEMs, contracting, and customer / GPO relationships. During my time in the medical device repair industry, I supported over a dozen M&A integrations and can share my experiences as well as my thoughts on future trends.Additionally, I bring expertise in franchise ownership, specifically in the wellness space. I am familiar with the build-out process from real estate selection, vendor management, pre-sale to open and beyond. I can speak confidently to the challenges of ramping up and sustaining multiple sites, including hiring and training, sales, marketing, and IT.
