I lead a small but mighty team (2 Delivery Leads, a Production Manager, and a Production Assistant) that serves as the final stop for Services content before it reaches the world. Together, we support 90+ stakeholders, manage 50K+ resources, and play a key role in reaching HMH’s 75K+ Facebook community and 350K+ customers. We handle all final production work while also acting as Scrum Masters for 7 agile teams, collaborating closely with 12 Product Owners across Services Product Development.Highlights: • Spearheading AI initiatives in Services, embedding automation into production, tagging, and metadata to reduce manual work and boost efficiency. • Leading the transition to Jira, implementing Jira Product Discovery, and defining OKRs to align teams across HMH to Lean/Agile practices. • Defining metadata for Teacher’s Corner to streamline production and improve content findability. • Rolling out Jira/Smartsheet automations that cut manual steps, saving time and cost. • Launching a peer observation program for Product Owners and Scrum Masters to foster learning and growth.Leadership style: Supportive coach, strategic visionary, and detail hawk — without micromanaging.
