As the Asset Head for Epilepsy, I am responsible for driving the strategy and portfolio maximization for UCB\'s Epilepsy Assets (Keppra, Vimpat, Briviact and Nayzilam), including development, medical and commercial efforts, which accounts for more than €1.6B in net sales worldwide. This includes managing patient supply, regulatory, technical and financial aspects to achieve P&L targets over the lifecycle of the products- Responsible for the engagement with regional teams, ensuring the evolution of the existing strategy for the teams are aligned with UCB\'s Patient Value Strategy and UCB\'s specific role in each territory based on the lifecycle for each product- Build strong relationships to gain comprehensive insights into the epilepsy strategy in each region, including the field force approach, overall go to market stakeholder investment, market access strategies and patient support programs- Lead a team that will develop and execute on UCB\'s global Epilepsy strategy to bring the diverse portfolio to more patients over time and improve the standard of care for Epilepsy around the world and ultimately optimize the value of the Epilepsy Brands- Support local business through implementation of strategy at the local level and delivering respective P&L targets, including assisting with implementation of Direct to Patient and other key initiatives- Manage and evolve brand strategy and global long-range planning for Epilepsy brands, partnering closely with key stakeholders and regional epilepsy leaders, capturing ambition and opportunities to evolve our Epilepsy franchise as the healthcare landscape evolves around the globe- Member of the Developed Brands leadership team and as the Leader of the Epilepsy Asset Team and will serve as the primary point of contact for UCB\'s efforts with both internal and external stakeholders
