An accidental project manager energized by supporting others in the achievement of their personal and professional goals. Leveraging my deep experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, event planning & management, and higher education; I offer consultancy services that help individuals and organizations thrive. If I can be a part of launching that business offering you don\'t have the bandwidth to get off the ground, execute the logistics of an externally-facing program, or prepare you for your next great career; then my day is made. My curious writer\'s heart smiles when you need me to review your resume, create website copy, author blogs, or develop manuals and handbooks. Launching the Wise & Wine Podcast gave me insight into non-linear career paths of guests who inspire me. I also developed processes for guest research for interview question creation, guest outreach, scheduling, audio editing, show note copy, and marketing. When I am not working with clients, I am a digital nomad traveling with my scuba dive instructor husband. Together, we are seeking to be changed by the cultures, music, food, and scuba dive sites around the world.
