Rate and give capacity to customers as well as bid on AdHoc websites. Track freight and give updates when needed. If freight is not covered by planners, find available assets to cover the freight. Run trailer reports and advise customers on which trailers to utilize first. Review the weekly failure report from customers and rebuttal the loads in need of being taken off the reports.
