Responsible for designing programmatic content that centers grantee voice, surfaces programmatic successes, and identifies opportunities to refine grantmaking strategy and objectives.Key Focus Areas & Early Contributions- Developing conference agendas and discussion frameworks in consultation with IMLS leadership to support reflective learning and grantee feedback- Designing and facilitating structured conversations focused on program scope, outcomes, and future direction- Coordinating program content and flow with the agency’s event planning contractor to ensure alignment between logistics and learning goals- Moderating and facilitating multi-day convening sessions, capturing qualitative insights from participants- Leading post-conference debriefs with agency staff and author a 5–10 page summary report synthesizing themes, insights, and recommendations to inform future program design- Supporting Native-focused grantmaking across OLS and OMS programs through administrative coordination and subject-matter expertise, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and cultural accountability in application processing.This work supports community-informed learning within federal grantmaking and reinforces the value of facilitation and reflection as tools for strengthening Native-focused programs.
