I was an integral part in creating standards and expectations while leading our program to success. The operating principles I value are the driving force behind my success. I have a passion for developing others\' talents so they are successful. I use critical thinking and creativity to tailor my leadership style. I am results driven and work well under pressure. Throughout my career I have been fortunate to support consumers of mental health services in many aspects, which has made me a well rounded clinician.
